Registering for your Catalyst Course
To register for your Catalyst course, you will need to:
1. Complete this registration form
2. Upload copies of your supporting evidence (see Supporting Deocuments section below)
3. Submit Form (Please note: part of the registration process requires you to complete a comprehensive medical form and have a referee form completed by a pastor/church elder. These forms will be emailed to you as your registration progresse)
4. Full fees for this course must be paid prior to the start of the course and arrival in Australia
Supporting Documents to be completed and uploaded:
You will need to upload the following documents on page 9 (Please ensure all documents are either pdf, png, or jpeg).
1. Passport
2. Visa (if you already have this, alternately this will need to be provided prior to the course start date)
3. Overseas Health Cover (if you already have this, alternatively this will need to be done before coming to Australia)
4. NSW Working With Children Check (If you do not have your WWCC you will need to provide this within your first week to ensure you can continue your course)
5. Resume - current and up-to-date resume
6. Sponsorship letter (If you are being sponsored for this course)
If any part of the application is found to contain falsified information, you risk your application being denied, Letter of Offer being withdrawn or your removal from the course.
International English Proficiency:
This course is delivered in English we recommend the following level of English for those participating in it.
English language proficiency may be demonstrated by providing evidence of satisfactory performance in the International Language Testing System (IELTS) or equivalent approved test (e.g. TOEFL PBT, Cambridge Certificate in Advanced English). Applicants who take IELTS must sit either the General module and attain a minimum score of 6.0 or the Academic module and attain a minimum score of 5.5, with consistent results across the bands. If a student cannot demonstrate this score Avondale will require students to undertake a prescribed period of intensive English language tuition before commencing studies at Avondale. Students holding an English language certificate deemed to be equivalent to IELTS 6.0 from an English Language College recognised by Avondale are not required to provide an IELTS score.
